As in previous years, this meeting will take place at the historic Marine Biological Lab in Wood Hole, MA. This unique and beautiful oceanside venue provides state-of-the-art conference facilities and is an ideal setting for informal interactions between participants. Please join your fellow faculty, postdocs, students and industry scientists from throughout the New England immunology community for an exciting program (see attached), with additional short presentations to be selected from submitted abstracts. There will be lots of opportunity for discussions and networking, from meals in Swope Center to the evening poster session and reception. Trainee costs are subsidized through the generous support of local pharmaceutical partners and trainees are encouraged to present their research in progress as posters, selected oral presentations and poster pitches (see below). Trainees will also have an opportunity to have lunch with biotech/pharma representatives.
Please download the attached Program Flyer and share it with your colleagues. You can visit our website for further information, pictures and background. Additional meeting details are below. Link to NEIC
POSTERS AND SHORT TALKS – In addition to our current roster of speakers, we will be selecting 5-6 short talks from the poster abstracts. The program will also include a Saturday afternoon “Poster Pitch” session and a Saturday evening Poster Session. Awards will be given for outstanding Posters and Poster Pitches.
ENTERTAINMENT – Saturday evening activities will include a Craft Beer Tasting reception, back by popular demand from 2017, and sponsored this year by BioLegend!
