Marine Biological Laboratory
on Cape Cod in Woods Hole, MA

The Marine Biological Laboratory (MBL) is looking for an individual with a PhD (postdoc or higher) who would be interested in being a full time course manager for the MBL Microbial Diversity Course from July 1- Aug 25. MBL will pay for travel to and from Woods Hole as well as provide family housing (if needed) and a stipend of $12,000. Other benefits would be to sit in on course lectures and obtain exposure to a variety of outstanding microbiologists who would come in to lecture and teach in the course.

Course manager would work with course co-directors Drs. Jared Leadbetter and Dianne Newman to assemble course materials, coordinate course ordering, set-up and manage equipment, and supervise course assistants.

Ideally, this person will be able to commit at least two summers to this endeavor.
